After offering websites for Iranian lawyers, dentists, restaurants, and chiropractors, we are excited to add one more feature to our collection of Iranian professionals in the United States. Iranian realtors have been one of the most successful groups of Iranians who have always depended on fellow Iranians for business, and in turn, the Iranian community nationwide has always supported them.

If you are planning to buy a home or sell a home, use Iranian-Realtors to view houses and homes for sale nationwide. Iranian-Realtors has the most complete index of real estate listings of Iranian realtors on the web to help you find a home or house for sale or get a sense of current property values. Our realtors can help you find houses for sale, condos, new homes and foreclosures. In many areas, the realtors give you direct access to homes for sale.

And the properties are not limited to residential. There are also many realtors here who can help you locate commercial properties, large and small. It is time to get back into the market.

If you are a realtor, interested in being listed, please feel free to sign up by filling out the on-line form. If you have any questions, you may contact us via email, or call us at 1(800)385-6117 and we will be glad to help you any way we can.

One of Us :: P. Asemi

Q. Please introduce yourself and tell us what you do .

A. My name is Parviz “Pedro” Asemi, and I am a real estate agent in Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Q. Your name suggests you are Iranian. How in the world did you end up doing business in Mexico?

A. You guessed right. My family is from Maragheh, Iran. We left Iran in 1980 when I was 5 years old. We spent a few years in Costa Rica, before moving to the US. I later got into real estate, and since I knew Spanish, got into real estate in Costa Rica, and then Mexico, which is a great place for investment properties.

Q. So where do you live?

A. My main office is in LA, but I spend most of my time down in Mexico.

Q. Can you describe some of the advantages or disadvantages of investing in the Mexican real estate market versus the US real estate market?

A. As I mentioned above, a mature market versus a new emerging market are some of the advantages that I can see as being advantageous. The cost of every day living is another factor that creates interest for buyers as well. Whether you are investing for yourself, or advising a client, Mexico with its natural beauty, its easy travel access, and lower costs per square foot on waterfront properties and other real estate, are a few of the main factors that should require investors to place Mexico as an top option for comparison and analysis.

Q. Thank you Mr. Asemi, for offering to share your experiences on living and doing business in Mexico.

A. My pleasure.
